Shipping policy

About Our Shipping

We will ship your parcel via Canada Post. Upon checkout you will be able to see the rates and choose your shipping preference. Addresses with a PO Box number can only be shipped via Canada Post. All other shipping companies require a valid street address. If your address is within an apartment building - please provide all necessary information required for the courier to successfully deliver the parcel to you.

Processing And Delivery

Orders with all items in stock will be processed within 48 hours.

Most orders deliver within 2 to 7 working days (after dispatch); with a few exceptions such as high volume times during holiday seasons, or inclement weather. See our shipping timetable below for a further breakdown.

Tracking

We will provide you with a tracking number once your parcel is shipped. If for any reason, your product becomes unavailable we will refund you for said product, or may offer a substitution. If a product substitution is not acceptable you will be refunded.

All orders are insured for their invoiced value.
